Building a Platform for Neurological Recovery

Our strategy is to establish clinical proof of concept in stroke before expanding our platform into additional neurological disorders with shared biological mechanisms.

Synap Biotech is initially developing intranasal VHH therapeutics for stroke recovery, where the unmet need and scientific rationale are well established.

Because our platform targets fundamental biological pathways involved in neuroplasticity and brain repair, we believe it has the potential to expand into additional neurological disorders that share similar mechanisms of injury and recovery.

Our long-term platform strategy includes:

• Stroke – Primary development program

• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) – Future expansion

• Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) – Future expansion

• Additional neurological disorders including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ALS, and Multiple Sclerosis
